Chef Mouhssine Benhamacht

Renowned Chef Mouhssine Benhamacht has a long history with award-winning chefs, restaurants and Loews Hotels across the United States. 

Born in Teflit, Morocco, Chef “Moose” boasts expertise in French, Mediterranean, and Asian cuisines influenced the international flavors served at Meraki Market, known as a “temple of food disguised as a market," in San Francisco, then at Napa Valley’s Meritage Resort during his tenure as Executive Sous Chef. 

Chef then joined Loews at the former Loews Don CeSar Resort at award-winning Maritana Grille, followed by a promotion to the Atlanta culinary scene alongside world-famous Chef Jean George Vongerichten. Loews was once again forunate to bring him back on at our Loews Atlanta Hotel as Sous Chef alongside Master Chef Olivier Gaupin. Ready to get back into the hustle and bustle of resorts, Chef headed to Orlando to again present his international aptitude show at Loews Aventura Hotel. Now here in Arlington, Chef Moose brings award-winning creativity and a global vision to our five inventive outlets at Live! by Loews
