Chef Robert Carr

Robert Carr brings more than 25 years of five-star international luxury hotel culinary experience to Live! by Loews – Arlington. In his new role as Executive Chef, he will oversee all aspects of the food and beverage operation for five dining outlets, banquet functions, 24-hour in-room dining, and special events at the 300-room hotel. 

Chef Carr joins Live! By Loews Arlington from his most recent post at Tapatio Resort in the Texas Hill Country. His hospitality experience includes leadership roles at La Cantera Resort and Spa and a 15-year tenure with Hyatt Hotels in locations such as Manila, Philippines, Carlsbad, and San Francisco, California, and Kauai, Hawaii.  

In addition to being responsible for menu planning, quality assurance standards, guest satisfaction, and maintaining creativity in banquet and food and beverage outlet operations, Carr has also been recognized in various culinary competitions where he participated and won.
